Drop-In Chats are informal drop-in spaces run by Emmons therapists. Unlike therapy, you don't need to make an appointment, fill out any paperwork, or commit to a schedule—just show up and talk with a licensed professional who is there to support you!

This is a safe, supportive space where students can honor their loss, obtain support and develop coping skills.

DBT Skills Drop-In Group

earn skills including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

What's the Word, Hummingbird?

A safe and private place to meet with a counselor. Centered around BIPOC, First Gen & LGBTQIA2S+ students.

Earned Stripes

One-on-one informal space to discuss challenges of college, such as academic stress, juggling responsibilities, missing home, and meeting new people.

Mariposa Hours

Thursdays, 1–3 pm at Project SAFE
Confidential, one-on-one space centered around the needs of survivors. Get support and learn coping skills.
