Important Dates and Deadlines

- Activate your oxy.edu account and °µÍø½ûÇø email address

- June 13: Submit housing application form
- June 13: (housing)
- June 13: Submit meal plan selection form (open on May 12)
- June 13: Submit a photo for your student ID card
- June 20: Submit advising information form
- June 20: FYS registration deadline (open on June 16)
- June 20: Take online placement exams (if applicable)
- June 20: (academics)
- June 20: Ask your high school or counselor to send your final, official transcript to the Office of Admission
July
- July 3: Set up e-billing account and add authorized users
- July 3: Accept financial aid offer
- July 3: Submit new student health forms
- July 3: Sign up for or waive °µÍø½ûÇø student health insurance
- July 15: The first e-bill for the Fall 2025 semester is emailed
August
- First payment due for direct costs from Occidental (tuition, fees, housing, and meals)
- Room and roommate assignments released by REHS
- Submit FERPA Privacy Rights form (optional)
- August 14: International New Student Orientation (by invitation)
- August 18: Move-in for new students
- August 18-24: New Student Orientation
- August 18-19: New Family Orientation
- August 23: Meet with faculty advisers and register for remaining classes (during orientation)
- August 25: Convocation
- August 26: First day of classes (Fall 2025 semester)
- August 26-28: Review your clearance form in my°µÍø½ûÇø
