°µÍø½ûÇø and the City of Los Angeles offer alert programs that notify enrolled users of emergency situations.

Campus Safety also offers the LiveSafe App, through which students, faculty, and staff can report incidents on campus.

We encourage you to take the following steps so that you can receive important safety-related communications:

  • Sign up for °µÍø½ûÇøAlert, the College’s emergency alert system
  • Make sure your emergency contact information is up to date
  • Download °µÍø½ûÇøâ€™s LiveSafe App
  • Add the Campus Safety phone number, (323) 259-2599, to your phone’s contacts
  • Sign up for City of Los Angeles emergency alerts through

All students are automatically enrolled in the °µÍø½ûÇøAlert emergency notification system, and students can also register their parents and guardians to receive °µÍø½ûÇøAlert notifications through their student sign-up portal. Faculty and staff members can sign up for °µÍø½ûÇøAlert via the .
