The standard °µÍø½ûÇø policy is that anyone driving anyone but themselves must be registered as an Authorized Driver, even if using their own vehicle.
°µÍø½ûÇø does not provide insurance for vehicles. The only covered vehicles are °µÍø½ûÇø vehicles (Bengal Buses and one passenger car) through Facilities Management or the .
Unless you are an authorized driver and you have filled out the proper forms for your shoot, you may not transport cast and/or crew. If you are shooting off-campus, either use an authorized driver, or ask everyone to meet you at the location. The process for becoming a authorized driver takes some time, so please plan accordingly.
